Ana and Simon arrived promptly yesterday which was greatly appreciated as time is important to me. They have done a thoroughly professional job of cleaning my home. I have been very happy with the APM service. I started using your cleaning company when I lived in Gosforth and was very happy to continue the relationship in my new home in Northumberland, we must go back 10 years.
I like having a clear agreement about what will be done each visit and when I have had nay minor concerns there has always been prompt redress by phoning or emailing the office. As you know I have three levels of ‘clean’ depending upon whether or not my family are staying with me and I also like being able to arrange one off items such as silver cleaning. The flexibility is good and minor changes can be made either by leaving a note for the team or by contacting the office. The staff are careful and I can only remember one breakage of an ornament in Gosforth which was promptly replaced without any fuss and with profuse apologies. Payment is straightforward; in the past I have paid by cheque, now I just pay the invoice online. I am very happy to recommend your service without recommendation.
